QIPC 2011 School Venue

Accommodation

The QIPC 2011 School will take place at Berghaus Diavolezza, Pontresina. This mountain hotel is situated at 2973 m above sea level in the middle of a breathtaking glacier scenery with splendid views of the highest mountain peaks of the Eastern Alps, including Piz Bernina (4049m) and Piz Palü (3901m).

Accomodation for PhD students will be provided in dormitories with shared facilities.

Accomodation for invited speakers is in double rooms for single use with private bath rooms.

The hotel provides:

Free WI-Fi Internet throughout the entire hotel
Europe's highest outdoor jacuzzi situated on the hotel's terrace
Free cable car ride to "Berghaus Diavolezza"
Free car parking at the Diavolezza cable car station, on the foot of the mountain

Catering

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the restaurant of "Berghaus Diavolezza"
