Oepfelchammer** - Typical Swiss cuisine in the oldest, originally preserved pub.

Schlüssel** - Regional products, market-fresh cuisine. Reservation is necessary.

Zeughauskeller* -  Huge, historic beer hall, offers numerous Swiss specialities.

Zum Kropf** - Notable for its baroque interior, hearty Swiss meals.

Zunfthaus Zimmerleuten*** - Historic guild house with good, traditional cuisine.

Italian

Mollino Pizzeria Ristorante** - Good Pizzas next to the lake.

International

Didi's Frieden*** - Seasonel, market-fresh specialities, 14 Gault Millau points.

Reithalle** - Varied menu, beautiful large beer garden right on the river.

Asian

Ban Song Thai** - Good Thai cooking, reservation is necessary!

Lily's Stomach Supply* - Trendy noodle bar, mainly young clientele, no reservations!

Masala** - Good Indian cuisine.

Tiffins* - Basic Asian kitchen: curries, wok, rice, noodles. No reservations.

Vegetarian

Hiltl** - Europe's first and leading vegetarian restaurant. Stylish vegetarian meals, more than 40 salads and Asian dishes from the buffet. Reservation is recommended.

Tibits by Hiltl* - More than 40 salads and hot dishes from the buffet,  good coffee. Self service, no reservations!
